A joyous occasion unfolded at the Karainagar Church of the American Ceylon Mission as nine individuals were confirmed as full communicant members of the congregation. The ceremony was held on Sunday the 04th of August 2024, was presided over by the esteemed Chairperson of the CACM, Rev. A. S. Thevagunananthan.
The newly confirmed members, V. Thushyanthy, V. Thuvaraka, P. Mahil, P. Karunjan, M. Sureshkumar, M. Sasitharan, S. Sainuja, P. Thishanthy, and S. Abivithushan, had diligently prepared for this significant step in their spiritual journey under the guidance of the church’s parish priest, Rev. Suthasini Suthakaran. In a powerful sermon, Rev. Thevagunananthan drew inspiration from the Bible, likening it to the heavenly bread that nourishes the soul.
Following the confirmation ceremony, a celebratory tea party was hosted by the families of the newly confirmed members. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and rejoicing as the church community welcomed its newest additions. As these nine individuals embark on their journey as full communicant members, the church extends its heartfelt congratulations and prayers, wishing them continued blessings and growth in their faith.
கடந்த 04-08-2024 ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை காலை காரைநகர் அமெரிக்கன் சிலோன் மிசன் திருச்சபையின் 09 பேர் திருச்சபையின் தலைவர் அருட்பணி. ஏ. எஸ். தேவகுணானந்தன் அவர்களால் திடப்படுத்தல் பெற்று திருச்சபையின் முழு அங்கத்தவர்களாக இணைத்து கொள்ளப்பட்டனர். இவர்களைச் சபைக்குரு அருட்;பணி. எஸ். சுதாசினி அவர்கள் தயார்படுத்தி திடப்படுத்தல் பெற்று கர்த்தரின் மந்தையில் இணைத்துக் கொள்ளும்படி முன் நிறுத்தினர். திருச்சபையின் தலைவர் இறைசெய்தியினை “விண்ணுலக அப்பமாகிய வேதாகமம்” எனும் தலைப்பில் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார். பின்வருவோர் திடப்படுத்தல் பெற்றுத் திருச்சபையில் இணைத்துக் கொள்ளப்பட்டனர்.

இதன் பின்னர் திடப்படுத்தல் பெற்ற பிள்ளைகளின் குடும்பத்தினரால் ஒழுங்கு செய்யப்பட்ட ஐக்கிய தேனீர் விருந்தில் அனைவரும் கலந்து கொண்டனர். திடப்படுத்தல் பெற்று கர்த்தரின் பந்தியில் இணைக்கப்பட்டவர்களை இறை நம்பிக்கையில் மென்மேலும் வளர வாழ்த்துகிறோம்.
